Our personal support services aim to give seniors the highest quality of life and enable them to remain in their own home as they age. Our Registered Nurse individualizes each care plan to the specific needs of the client. Our Social Services Director plays an integral supportive role by connecting the client and family to any needed community resources and providing psychosocial support. And lastly, the care will be delivered by caring, qualified and highly trained caregivers.
- Plans start at a minimum of (4)hours per shift and a minimum of (20)hours per week
